Reading FC: Stam focused on pushing Royals forward
The Reading FC boss wants to move on from last week's disappointing result to Norwich.
After the 7-1 thrashing at Carrow Road, Stam wants to move on to the game against Aston Villa on Saturday.
"It's happened a couple of times this season," Stam told 大象传媒 Radio Berkshire's Jack Winstanley. "We came back well after that.
"We're still fourth in the league, by getting hopefully some results we can end up in the top six."
And Stam doesn't think that facing sides with nothing to play for will make it easier for the Royals.
"I don't think it changes that much becasue if you look at Villa, next season, they probably want to go for promotion.
"They're still going to be working very hard to do well to show themselves to get something out of it."
