Tory MP: Lib Dems have "a long way to go from very low base".
Tim Loughton MP has said that while there may be "faint rumblings" of a revival for the Liberal Democrats, it is largely on the basis of a reaction to Brexit.
Speaking to the Westminster Hour, Mr Loughton called it "early days" to talk about a revival, and said that it is "not a very positive vote" for the Liberal Democrats if they are only "an alternative to others who are worse".
