Corbyn: Only Labour can transform Scotland
Jeremy Corbyn has begun the general election campaign saying only his party can provide an alternative to the Conservatives.
The Labour leader told delegates at the STUC, in Aviemore, that his party would make the country work for the many rather than the few.
Mr Corbyn said one of his party's first actions in government will be to repeal the Trade Union Act 2016.
A living wage of at least 拢10 an hour, a ban on zero-hours contracts, inquiries into blacklisting and the actions of the police during the miners' strike, and the establishment of a Scottish national bank with 拢20bn of lending power for local projects and small businesses were also among Mr Corbyn's manifesto pledges.
