A rare glimpse into a North Korean nuclear plant
Nuclear scientist, Siegfried Hecker is one of the very few outsiders to have been invited to view North Korean nuclear facilities. He explains how his last visit there in 2010 has informed everything the outside world knows about the country鈥檚 nuclear capabilities.
