Coke and Pepsi are gardening together in Mexico

The water supply in Monterrey, Mexico is unpredictable. Fixing the area鈥檚 infrastructure could cost billions. But an American organization has a cheaper solution. And as Jason Margolis reports, it鈥檚 getting some bitter corporate rivals to pay for it.
