Millions of people in France watched the coverage of the presidential election last night, which saw Emmanuel Macron decisively win the vote against far-right leader Marine Le Pen.

Here in Northern Ireland, French and Politics students at Queen's University in Belfast joined together in the Student's Union to await the result.
