New Strictly judge Shirley Ballas "won't be backward in coming forwards"

The new judge on 大象传媒 One's Strictly Come Dancing has been named: Shirely Ballas is an international ballroom champion known as 'the Queen of Latin'. Shirley is replacing the legendary Len Goodman, who retired in 2016.
