Do voters think it is over for UKIP?
UKIP did well in the 2013 local elections but faced a virtual wipe-out when the same council seats were contested last week.
Daily Politics reporter Adam Fleming asked voters in the marginal Chester seat if they thought the anti-EU party should fight on or pack up with his mood box, an unscientific test with a plastic box and balls.
