Poorest at 'greater risk from alcohol'
Heavy drinking has a much greater impact on the poorest people in society, a study from the University of Glasgow has found.
Dr Vittal Katikireddi told 大象传媒 Scotland that people living in the least well-off areas were at greater risk of dying or becoming ill due to alcohol consumption.
