Tory housing plan 'worryingly numbers-free'
Sir Bob Kerslake, the former Permanent Secretary at the Department for Communities and Local Government, has welcomed Conservative Party plans for more council housing- but says that the plan is "worryingly numbers-free"
Speaking to the Westminster Hour, Sir Bob said "there has to be a commitment to numbers" when tackling the housing issue.
