Voters want to know 'Who's at the steering wheel'
Cleverly: I think Tory manifesto will contain "political philosophy"
James Cleverly has suggested that as well as policy commitments, the Conservative manifesto is likely to contain "principles, ideas and political philosophy."
Saying that the Brexit process means that the party need to remain "agile and fleet of foot and adaptable", he added that ultimately voters want to know "who's at the steering wheel" and who they can trust to "navigate the future".
