After the third major terror attack in the UK in three months, Cressida Dick, the head of London's Metropolitan police force, says that it's important to point out that the police have foiled 18 terror plots since 2013. As well as being responsible for policing in the capital, she is also in charge of coordinating counter-terrorism nationally. She explains how the terrorist threat has changed throughout her career.
