Former England cricketer Andrew Flintoff admits he once tried colonic irrigation in an attempt to lose wight quickly.

Flintoff said: "I had to lose (weight) because I'd put a bit on and I knew weighing day for England was coming up.

"So I researched it, so I thought you know what I'll do, my mate had mentioned it, colonic irrigation.
