Could the Queen鈥檚 Speech be delayed because it has to be written on goat鈥檚 skin?
As MPs return to Westminster, there鈥檚 a suggestion that the Queen鈥檚 Speech could be delayed because of the amount of time it takes the ink to dry on the goat鈥檚 skin it鈥檚 written on.
