SPA chief Andrew Flanagan to step down
Andrew Flanagan has announced his intention to step down as chairman of the Scottish Police Authority to "draw a line" under his tenureship.
Mr Flanagan had been criticised by two Holyrood committees over governance and transparency at the SPA.
He will stay in post until a successor is appointed to help the SPA prepare to put its 10-year strategy into action.
