The Million Mile Light

Tom Lawton from Malmesbury invented the device, hoping it would increase visibility of runners, he's since honed the technology to be sensitive enough to be use by children.

It has a tiny, silent, kinetic engine which powers four ultra bright LEDs.

The lights blink with every step you take, no matter how fast or slow you move.

It clips onto your waistband, bicep, wrist or ankle straps, and uses 100% renewable energy with no need for batteries.

The design won silver at the 2017 Running Awards.
