Shared parental leave: "I haven't given anything up - I feel like I've given my husband and son a gift"
Tom Green is in the middle of a stint of taking six months shared parental leave to look after his one year old son Samuel. Tom鈥檚 been able to take this leave because his wife Deborah Hann was willing to stop her maternity leave and hand the rest of it over to him.
