Chinese investment is pouring into Kazakhstan as the country looks for new ways to revive its ailing and oil-dependent economy. It's part of China's 'Belt and Road Initiative', which is financing infrastructure projects all along the old Silk Road trading route, but how is it being received in Kazakhstan?
