Central African Republic inches back into chaos

The Central African Republic has been in turmoil since 2013, when Muslim rebels from the Seleka group seized power in the predominantly Christian country. A band of mostly Christian militias, called the anti-Balaka, rose up to counter the Seleka. After a relative calm in 2016, the country is sliding back to violence, according to the international charity Medecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors Without Border). Brian Willett is the head of mission for MSF in the Central African Republic.
