It's 20 years since the Super Furry Animals released Radiator.
The album - a genuinely great piece of work - included four Top 40 singles, Demons, Hermann ♥'s Pauline, The International Language of Screaming and Play It Cool.
To mark the 20th Anniversary the Super Furry's are releasing a remastered version of the album alongside 30 additional tracks - which were discovered by sfa 'head archivist' Kliph Scurlock when looking through the bands old recording sessions.
One of the rare recordings is a cover version of The Smiths' 'The Boy With The Thorn In His Side' which was originally recorded for a French magazine's cover mount CD in the late nineties and has never been shared before, until now.
Huw Bunford talks to 6 Music's Clare Crane about the making of Radiator and the origins of the Smith's cover...
