Can a TV drama counter the narrative and propaganda of extremist groups like IS ? A controversial new prime time TV drama called Black Crows, has been screened during the month of Ramadan across the Arab world by the Saudi MBC network. It portrays life under the so called Islamic State and their recruitment tactics, as seen through the eyes of women in IS. We talk to MBC spokesperson Mazen Hayek and Dr Massoumeh Torfeh, former UN director for strategic communication in Afghanistan.
