Victims of domestic abuse face a lot of hurdles to getting out of violent relationships. Not least of which are finding time to seek legal protection and looking for somewhere to live. That鈥檚 why Michelle Gawronsky has been advocating for paid domestic violence leave in Canada. Anita Elash has her story.
