Aircraft carrier prepares to set sail
The Royal Navy's new aircraft carrier has been preparing to leave its dock at Rosyth for the first time.
HMS Queen Elizabeth cost 拢3bn, weighs 65,000 tonnes and measures 280m by 75m.
The ship will begin sea trials before commencing service.
Captain Jerry Kyd told the 大象传媒 "it's not just a ship but a sea base" that will serve as a flexible, powerful asset that can be used in a range of missions.
