Rees-Mogg: "They're negotiating, and we should negotiate back."
Jacob Rees-Mogg has suggested to The Westminster Hour that the EU "want to take a tough line" and that as they negotiate, the UK "should negotiate back".
He added, "Too often it seems we want to roll over and have our tummies tickled; and I鈥檓 very against tummy tickling in this context."
