Poor facilities and a lack of access to decent coaches - they're some of the problems raised by Asian cricketers playing at grassroots level. It was for a study by the England and Wales Cricket Board or ECB. It runs the game in those countries and is now talking directly, in a series of consultations, to some of those players to find out what they think can be done to sort it out.
