Back in 2013 Olly Grender made her maiden speech to the House of Lords during a debate on broadcasting. In it she predicted there would be a female Doctor Who... though not perhaps for several decades.

Mark D'Arcy asked her how she felt on hearing that just four years later there would indeed be a Time Lady.
