I'm a quadruple amputee whose completed her first triathlon
Corinne Hutton lost her hands and feet in 2013 after contracting septicaemia, a type of blood poisoning. But this weekend she completed the world's largest triathlon in London, and this just a few months after having had an operation to remove two thirds of her lung, another side-effect of her illness in 2013.
Corinne, who is 47 and from Scotland, swam, cycled, and ran in aid of the charity she set up, Finding Your Feet, which help amputees or those with congenital limb difference keep in touch and arrange sporting activities. She told Newsday's Paul Hawkins about her life and first about the triathlon.
