Virtual reality will 'benefit history'
New virtual reality technology means that future generations will no longer need to rely on history books to learn about World War One.
This year marks 100 years since the Battle of Passchendaele and the technology means you can now be immersed in the battle from the front line.
Historian Dan Snow told the World at One why virtual reality is the way forward for history.
