Maidenhead United: Devonshire hopeful ahead of debut National League season
The Magpies boss is looking for a positive start against Maidstone as Maidenhead United prepare for their debut season in the National League.
Alan Devonshire, Maidenhead United Manager:
"I don't really judge too much from pre-season, it's about fitness and sharpness, and we'll see today how they'll go. It's a hard place to go.
"It is going to be hard for us, but listen we surprised people last season.
"We've worked really hard... there'll be no excuses from us and we'll give it our best shot."
