Scottish Opera is bidding to win over a younger audience with its latest production at the Edinburgh Fringe.
Bambino is sung in Italian, has a shorter storyline and encourages its viewers to invade the stage and get involved.
Jane Davidson said the company wants opera to be accessible to all children.
