Mark Stoneman: "It hasn't quite sunk in yet!"
Surrey's opening batsman has been called into the England squad for the first time in his ten-year professional career.
Mark Stoneman, who reached 1,000 first-class runs for the season in the draw against Somerset this week, replaces Durham鈥檚 Keaton Jennings.
He could maker his debut at Edgbaston, opening the batting alongside former England captain Alastair Cook.
Speaking after the squad announcement, the 30-year-old said "to get that call was quite a release of emotion and something I'm very proud of".
