Cable to Chapman: 'Work with us'
Liberal Democrat leader Vince Cable has called the proposals for a new political party made by former aide to George Osborne and David Davis, James Chapman, "unnecessary".
Speaking to the Westminster Hour, Sir Vince said that his message to Chapman was "work with us".
