Chineke! is Britain's first majority black and ethnic minority orchestra and it's making its Proms debut this year on the 30th of August. Its founder, Chi-chi Nwanoku, herself half Irish and half Nigerian, tells us what she formed this group. And we speak to a German minister who says too many people in Berlin speak English!
