Rock music journalist Michael Odell has spent the past 25 years covering the royalty of rock and roll and it didn't do much good for his mental health. He's written a new book about his experience called "Rock Bottom: A Music Writer's Descent into Madness". And a look back at history of Notting Hill Carnival.
