Are extreme hurricanes caused by climate change?
Scientists have long known that certain phenomena like rising seas and warmer temperatures are caused by climate change. But when it comes to hurricanes, things are still a little murky. Gabriel Vecchi, a professor of geosciences at Princeton University, is an expert in the emerging field of "climate attribution".
