A Labour of Love?
Using theatre to explore the relationship between MP and agent.
James Graham's latest play, A Labour of Love, charts the relationship of a fictional Labour MP and their election agent in the party's northern heartlands.
Inspired in part by Tony Blair and his agent John Burton, and by changes in the party over the last 25 years, director Jeremy Herrin says: "Politics is personal - and the personal is political."
