The Basingstoke Strong Woman attempting to become World Champion
Fitness instructor Farah Fonseca has already won England's Strongest Woman, and now she's heading to the World Championships later this year to take on strong women from around the globe.
Farah Fonseca, England's Strongest Woman:
"Every year the events are slightly different, so we had a max dead lift - it's a bar you pick up from the foot up to your hips, and then back down again. I compete in the under 63 kilo category.
"You see people lifting without straight backs... but because I've been a personal trainer I'm very OCD with technique.
"We had a van pull, that was the last event. Basically you're attached to the van and you have a rope in front of you, and you've got football boots on because you're just in a field."
