London Irish Director of Rugby Nick Kennedy is impressed with his side after their Harlequins win and Exeter loss.

Irish go into their third game in the Premiership on Friday night away from home to Sale.

Kennedy told 大象传媒 Radio Berkshire's Adam Williams, "we were pleased with aspects of our first game, and then there were some big 'work-ons' as well, but we won.

"At the weekend it looks like we were beaten well, but there were a lot of positives for us."

And Kennedy knows that Sale will provide a tough test again this weekend.

"They've got excellent home form, but it's just a game we're really looking forward to."
