The end of the public sector pay cap?
The UK government is to allow increases in public sector pay above 1% for the first time since 2010, with Tuesday's announcement following Nicola Sturgeon's similar offer for Scottish workers last week.
Daily Politics presenter Jo Coburn heard from guests Justice Minister Sam Gyimah and Shadow Education Minister Tracy Brabin about how much pay was likely to go up, what it would cost, and the effect of inflation.
