MPs unanimously back a Labour motion calling for an end to the pay cap and a "fair" rise for workers in the NHS in England.
Simon Jones reports as the Health Secretary, Jeremy Hunt, says it is a bogus debate but Conservatives MPs do not oppose Labour's demand.
