Why did the Tory election campaign go wrong?
Theresa May announced the 2017 election calling for a stronger mandate going into Brexit negotiations, three years earlier than required under the Fixed-term Parliaments Act.
And now she has to rely on a deal with the Democratic Unionist Party to survive key votes.
