From street football to the Bundesliga
Ibrahima Traore went from playing on the streets of Paris...to the top of German football in less than 12 months.
He was turned down by countless clubs in France - where he grew up - but went on to make a name for himself in Germany as a winger with Hertha Berlin, Augsburg, Stuttgart and now Borussia Monchengladbach.
The 29 year-old is also the Captain of Guinea and has been a mentor to the Bundesliga's latest star, his countryman Naby Keita, who will sign for Liverpool from RB Leipzig next season for over 50 million dollars.
Speaking to John Bennett, Traore explains his strange start to life in professional football.
