UK foreign minister causes offence with Libya remarks
The UK's Foreign Minister Boris Johnson provoked anger, by suggesting that the town of Sirte in Libya could become a new Dubai adding, 'all they have to do is clear the dead bodies away'. Guma El-Gamaty is leader of the Taghyeer Party and a member of the UN-backed Libyan political dialogue process, which the British government supports. He says that Mr Johnson's comments are insensitive.
