Why many young Africans are becoming overweight

Obesity among children appears to be stabilising in many rich European countries, but it is accelerating at an alarming rate in many other parts of the world. A new research shows the number of boys and girls who are considered obese has increased from 11 million to 124 million, in the past four decades. Dr Charles Agyemang from Ghana explains why obesity is spreading in Africa.
