The number of obese children and teenagers across the world has increased tenfold over the past four decades. That's according to a study by the World Health Organisation, published in the Lancet medical journal. Polynesia and Micronesia have the highest rates of all, but the US and some Middle Eastern and North African countries are not far behind. What's driving the problem?
