Claire Polosak on making umpiring history
Claire Polosak made history by becoming the first female umpire to officiate an Australian men's domestic fixture in which New South Wales beat a Cricket Australia XI.
She is part of Cricket Australia's Development Umpire Panel and has also officiated at the World Cup earlier this year in England.
Interestingly, she had never played the sport and initially had even failed umpiring exams but now, Polosak has achieved something no other female umpire has done.
