Lorna has autism and a learning disability. A keen worker, Lorna is very proactive and independent around her job searching and is determined to have a career in administration. She is supported by the 3 Cs Charity and is the Administrator of their Social Inclusion Task Force. She works on the Task Force alongside her friend Becky who is the Chair. Becky has a learning disability and speech impairment. She is working part time in a pub, a role she very much enjoys and is keen to turn into full time work. Her dream role is to work in catering or with children and she has been dedicated to building up her experience in these areas. During their conversation they discuss their ambitions, the difficulties they have faced and what changes they would like to see in society and the workplace.
