Maidenhead United: Massey gutted not to get three points
The Maidenhead captain Alan Massey was disappointed not to win against Aldershot.
Despite taking the lead in the 86th minute, Maidenhead United conceded late to draw 3-3 with Aldershot in the National League.
"It was a disappointing first half," Massey told 大象传媒 Radio Berkshire's Adam Whitty. "But in the second half, the boys worked really hard and got back into the game.
"We took the lead deservedly I feel, and then a bit of a sucker punch at the end."
But Massey is pleased that Maidenhead are holding their own in the National League.
"It's always difficult...we're not going to make excuses.
"We knew what we had to do when we came into this league, and the boys have stepped up so far."
