Jaap Stam spoke to 大象传媒 Radio Berkshire's Tim Dellor after a Mo Barrow goal gave Reading a 1-0 away win which moved them clear of the relegation zone.

Jaap Stam, Reading FC Manager:

"We are all very delighted...everybody wants results and if we don't get the players are thinking about that. We controlled the game especially first half.

"Going forward we were creating opportunities ourselves, one is enough to get the three points.

"We made a decision to drop a bit more deep. They like to have that space for the midfield runners to run in behind and I think we analysed them really well."
