South Ribble Council vote in favour to cap the the number of dogs one person can walk.

South Ribble Borough Council have voted in favour of putting a cap on the the number of dogs that can be walked by one person.

The leader of Lancashire Council of Mosques Abdul Quereshi joins Graham in the studio to debate a vote to ban unstunned halal meat from being served in schools.

And Graham hears from residents in Heysham concerned that grave stones at least a thousand years old could be in danger of falling into the sea.
